How can I register for wines with VinoClassics?
You may register on our Internet site or in one of our affiliate stores.
To register online, please click Create Your Registry to begin. If registering in one of our affiliate stores, we recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. Use our Store Locator to find the store nearest you.

How do I know what items to include in my registry?
To help you get started, we've made wine collections presented throughout this website. Each collection provides information about the collections and its wines. For personal advice you can always call our sommelier to discuss your wishes or to make an appointment to make together the selection downtown San Francisco.
What product information is provided on the site?
You'll find when available independent wine review notes per wine. This will make it easy to understand the quality and character of the wines included in the collection.
When should I register?
We advise registering three to four months before your wedding or other event. This allows family and friends enough time to purchase wines for engagement parties and showers.
How do I let my family and friends know I've registered at VinoClassics?
Once you've created your registry online, click on Manage Your Registry to request registry announcement cards for shower or wedding invitations.
Cards may also be order a supply by calling (415) 827-3563 seven days a week.

How do I make changes to my registry after I've created it?
You may access your registry via the Internet, by phone and in any VinoClassics affiliate store.
Whether you create your registry on the Internet or in one of our affiliate stores, you'll have 24-hour access to your registry online. This allows you to track its progress,
add or delete products, and change quantities.
Will I be notified if wines on my registry have been discontinued?
If you provided an email address, we will notify you by email of any wines on your registry that have been discontinued or are on back order.
How long do registries stay active?
Your registry will remain active online and in our affiliate stores for one year after the date of your event.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you listed an email address on your original registry, we will send your password to that address. We will include your registry password as well as the gift-giver password
if you have selected one. The gift-giver password is also accessible to you when you click Manage Your Registry (select Security Options). For security reasons, we cannot
send passwords to any other email address. If you did not list an email address, please call (415) 827-3563, seven days a week, for this information, or visit a VinoClassics
affiliate store.


Where can wines from my registry be purchased?
Wines from your registry can be purchased on the Internet, in our affiliate stores and by calling (415) 827-3563.
How often are registry purchases updated online?
Your registry is updated within 24 hours after an order is placed online and within 48 hours after receipt of sent in checks. Registry will as well be updated within 48 hours
after an item is purchased in one of our affiliate stores.
How do I know when an item has been purchased from my registry?
When someone purchases a registry item online or by phone, the gift will be automatically reflected on your registry as purchased once the item is shipped.
When someone purchases a registry item in our affiliate stores, the store associate will update your registry to reflect the purchase. You can view all purchases by clicking
Manage Your Registry.
You can also view your Thank-You Note Manager to see the names of the gift-givers.


What is the return policy for VinoClassics?
If you are not completely satisfied with a VinoClassics wine, we will gladly exchange it for another wine or issue you merchandise credit that can be used for future purchases
from VinoClassics. Refund checks are unavailable for registry purchases. Please remember to save your gift receipts, as this will ensure that you receive full credit for the value
of your merchandise. You may return VinoClassics merchandise by mail or at any VinoClassics store. For detailed information, see our Return Policy.
How do I return an item when I no longer have the return instructions?
We make every effort to simplify the return process. Please see our Return Policy for instructions.


Does VinoClassics have a completion program?
One month after your event, you'll receive an invitation to participate in our Completion Program, which allows you to receive a 10% discount on a one-time purchase to complete
your registry. Items outside your registry may also be included.
How do I complete my registry?
To complete your registry online, click on Manage Your Registry and go to the Completion Program page. There you may add any unpurchased registry items to your basket,
and you will automatically receive a 10% discount on your order. This one-time discount is also available in our affiliate stores or by calling (415) 8273563, 4:00 am PST - 8:00 pm PST,
seven days a week.


How does VinoClassics protect a registrant's privacy online?
Your password is required for creating or managing your registry. Our access options include no guest access online, access by a password you provide to your guests,
and full online access without a password. Your name and the date and locale of the event are the only personal information provided to registry guests.
Do gift-givers need a password to access a registry online?
To ensure their privacy, some registrants choose to have family and friends use a gift-giver password. Registrants must advise gift-givers of this password in order for them
to gain access to the registry online. Regardless of which online guest-access option is selected, complete registry information is accessible in any VinoClassics store.
Will the registrants' personal information (address, telephone numbers, ship-to address, etc.) be published on the Internet site?
No. Only the registrants' names, event type, event date, city and state will be published. All ship-to addresses are secured within our system. Wines are automatically shipped
to the designated address before and after the event, unless otherwise indicated by the gift-giver.
Will VinoClassics sell or rent my email address information to other companies?
We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and
statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, etc. From time to time we might establish a business relationship with other persons or entities who we deem
trustworthy and whose privacy policies are consistent with ours. These are known as our Select Partners. In such cases we might share information, including personally
identifiable information about you, that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you.
What is VinoClassics's privacy policy?
VinoClassics supports and adheres to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." By honoring the DMA's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers," we recognize that the consumer marketing information we maintain must be used responsibly, in beneficial ways and with respect to individual choice. We have agreed to (1) provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale or exchange with other marketers, (2) honor customers' requests not to share their information with other marketers, and (3) honor customers' requests not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from VinoClassics.
From time to time we make portions of our customer mailing lists available to carefully screened companies. This may include your name and postal address, but never your email
