Bourgogne Aligote Domaine Fery 2006
This Aligoté comes from 80 year old vines in Magny les Villiers, an area once farmed by the monks of Cluny. It is spicy and long on the plate. The vinification is done partly in tank and partly in small barrels. The combinatoin preserves the brightness, while also adding a sense of richness and leesiness.
