This bright clean sparkling wine is naturally fermented in this bottle, in the Champagne Method. It comes from rocky soils near St. Bris, in the Cote d''Auxerre near Chablis. Itis made of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Aligoté, and 10% Gamay. The aligoté gives it a citric quality and refreshing acidity. This is terrific alterantive to Champagne, if you are on a budget but want that crips, bright, focused quality of Champagne
