The entry-level Le Cupole di Trinoro is an explosive wine. Ripe fruit, crushed flowers, smoke and bacon fat emerge from this deep, richly-flavored wine. Le Cupole di Trinoro is made mostly from lots that are culled out of the Tenuta bottling. It is an unusually complex wine at this level. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2014.
