Domaine Zind-Humbrecht Muscat Goldert Grand Cru 2006
Barely getting clear at this moment,this wine already shows a powerful nose, mixing minerality and stones with fresh exotic fruits. Not at all the classic Muscat nose. The palate is firm, and it is hard to believe this wine has 16g/l sweetness; such is the acidity present on the palate. Definitely a wine to age and let open. Should be delicious with spicy dishes.
