Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast 2005
|
The initial dusty berry and lead pencil shavings are far richer and fruitier on the palate, while still being very taut, backward, intense and concentrated, with potent wild berry and black cherry fruit that's deep and expansive. Needs time. Best from 2008 through 2014. 500 cases made.

Bold, ripe, expansive and expressive, with layers of spice, black cherry, cola, anise and light toasty oak. Tightly focused, rich and complex, this maintains a beam of fruit and finishes with a long, complex aftertaste. Drink now through 2011. 1,821 cases made. –JL
